JFugue - Java API for Music Programming

For over four decades, I've embraced the evolving tech industry with enthusiasm. Starting as a Teaching Assistent at University working with Fortran on a DECSystems-10 and then as a Pascal compiler writer working on Digital's Pro-350 Personal Computer. At this point I joined Computer Professionals For Social Responsibility.

Recognition Programs

After five years at Digital and Apollo Computer (remember them?) I went back to graduate school to get my Masters in Cognitive Psychology working with Bottlenosed Dolpins. I created a Genetic Algorithm model of dolphin research.

Awards

When the research money dried up I returned to run a consulting company, working on systems ranging from luggage handling, fighter jet test software, satellite weather data analysis, image analysis software for the European Space Agency and creating GPS driven robotic TV cameras for racing systems.

Certifications

Pivoting to network management at Tivoli I managed a group that won Networld/InterOp Product of the Year, and did some work for the DOD.

Other Areas of Interest: dolphins, piloting and native style flutes
